WINS OVER FBS OPPONENTS Since joining the FCS level, YSU has accumulated 20 wins over FBS opponents. Including a 31-17 victory over The University of Pittsburgh in 2012 CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIPS The Youngstown State Penguins have won two conference championships since 2005. FOUR NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS The Youngstown State Penguins are one of only two programs in the Football Championship Subdivision with at least four national titles.
